The Boardroom
The Boardroom is an exclusive members-only club for female executives, originally set-up in Switzerland, rapidly expanding in other countries too. Members get the peer-backing they need to break the final glass ceiling and land the ultimate corporate position: in the boardroom!
Yanos is an advisory board member to the Boardroom and will be delivering a Leadership class, as part of their boardroom readiness programme. Through a suite of development methods, real life examples and practical simulations, the programme will provide a comprehensive set of tools on how to be an effective leader, how to make better decisions and how to build and motivate teams and organisations across functions, regions, and cultures.
