WATCH: Respecting Yourself and Others!

In the video for the Mind Body Spirit interview, I have tried to convey in a nutshell, some very simple techniques and ideas for restoring emotional energy, gain clarity, ground yourself and become self-aware without being self-conscious, combining self-introspection with mindfulness which leads into self-awareness.

My personal motto is to always have “An Attitude of Gratitude”.
